These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Forex FMA, forexfma.com, the Fund Manager Readiness Scorecard, the 5-Day Fund Manager Protocol, member resources and related educational services.

1. Educational purpose

Forex FMA provides education and general information about trading operations, risk processes, record keeping, manager readiness and related subjects. Forex FMA does not provide personalised investment, legal, accounting or tax advice.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation, recommendation or guarantee relating to any security, investment product, managed account, fund, capital allocation or trading opportunity.

2. No funding or performance guarantee

Completing a Forex FMA programme does not guarantee that you will receive investor capital, qualify for funding, become a regulated investment manager, obtain employment, generate profits or avoid losses.

Any decision by a third party to provide capital depends on that party's own requirements, due diligence and judgment.

3. Trading risk

Trading financial markets involves substantial risk and may result in partial or total loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are responsible for your own trading, financial and business decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to purchase paid Forex FMA products or create a member account.

5. Accounts and access

Member access is personal to the purchaser. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You may not share, resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute your member access or protected course materials.

6. Purchases

Payments for paid Forex FMA products are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Prices are displayed before checkout and are charged in the currency shown at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, purchase of the 5-Day Fund Manager Protocol provides lifetime access to the version of the digital programme and resources made available to that account, subject to these Terms and continued operation of the service.

7. Refunds

Digital products are subject to the Forex FMA Digital Product No-Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual property

Forex FMA course content, frameworks, written materials, downloads, branding, graphics and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own educational purposes.

9. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to compromise the website, bypass access controls, scrape protected member materials, interfere with other users, misuse downloadable resources, impersonate another person or use Forex FMA for unlawful purposes.

10. Third-party services

Forex FMA may use or link to third-party services including payment, hosting, email, analytics and social-media providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, replace or discontinue portions of the website or educational material. We may also restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, maintenance or compliance purposes.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and educational material are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular financial outcome.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forex FMA will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or trading losses arising from your use of educational material, reliance on information, market activity or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Applicable law

Your use of Forex FMA remains subject to laws that apply to the service, the transaction and your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms is intended to override mandatory consumer rights or other protections that cannot legally be waived.
