Risk & Educational Disclaimer
Last updated: September 28, 2026
1. Educational purposes only
Forex FMA is an educational platform. Content provided through forexfma.com, the Fund Manager Readiness Scorecard, the 5-Day Fund Manager Protocol, member resources, downloads, email, social media and related communications is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
Forex FMA is designed to help traders understand professional operating practices, risk processes, record keeping, reporting, track-record development and manager readiness. Educational content should not be interpreted as personalised financial or investment advice.
2. No investment or trading advice
Forex FMA does not provide personalised investment advice, trading signals, brokerage services, portfolio-management services, managed-account services, legal advice, accounting advice or tax advice through its educational products.
Nothing published or communicated by Forex FMA constitutes a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any currency, security, derivative, cryptocurrency, commodity or other financial instrument.
3. No funding, allocation or professional-status guarantee
The terms "fundable," "capital-ready" and "manager-ready" are educational descriptions relating to operating preparedness. They do not represent a promise or guarantee that an investor, prop firm, fund, family office, institution or other capital provider will provide funding or allocate capital.
Completion of a Forex FMA programme does not make a person a licensed, registered or regulated investment manager and does not replace any licence, registration, qualification, corporate structure, disclosure or regulatory requirement that may apply to managing third-party capital.
4. Trading and leverage risk
Trading financial markets involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all capital committed to trading. Leveraged products can magnify both gains and losses and may result in losses occurring rapidly.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. No trading strategy, framework, process, educational programme or risk-management technique can eliminate the possibility of loss.
5. Performance examples, testimonials and case studies
Any testimonials, case studies, examples, interviews or descriptions of individual experiences represent the circumstances and experiences of the persons involved. They should not be interpreted as a promise, guarantee or representation that another person will achieve the same or similar trading, funding, capital-allocation, income or business results.
Individual outcomes may differ materially based on experience, skill, market conditions, risk tolerance, available capital, execution, discipline, third-party requirements and other factors.
Where Forex FMA presents a specific performance or outcome claim, any disclosure accompanying that claim should be read together with the claim itself.
6. Hypothetical, simulated and illustrative results
Any hypothetical, simulated, back-tested or illustrative trading results are not the same as results produced through actual live trading. Such results may have inherent limitations and may not fully reflect matters such as liquidity, slippage, execution conditions, market impact, transaction costs or the psychological and operational effects of trading real capital.
Hypothetical and simulated results may also benefit from hindsight or assumptions that would not have been available in live market conditions. No representation is made that any account will achieve profits or losses similar to hypothetical, simulated or illustrative results that may be shown.
7. No earnings or business-outcome guarantee
Forex FMA does not guarantee trading income, investment profits, business revenue, employment, professional advancement, prop-firm funding, outside capital, investor introductions or any other financial or commercial result.
Purchasing or completing an educational product does not guarantee profitability or commercial success.
8. Fund Manager Readiness Scorecard
The Fund Manager Readiness Scorecard is a self-assessment and educational diagnostic tool. It is not an investment rating, regulatory assessment, professional certification, due-diligence report or representation that a user is suitable or legally authorised to manage third-party capital.
A Scorecard result does not constitute approval, endorsement or qualification by Forex FMA, an investor, regulator, financial institution, prop firm or capital provider.
9. Regulatory and jurisdictional requirements
Laws and regulatory requirements relating to trading, investment management, marketing financial services, accepting third-party capital and providing investment advice vary by jurisdiction.
Users are responsible for determining which legal, licensing, registration, disclosure, tax and compliance requirements apply to their own activities before soliciting, accepting or managing third-party capital.
10. Your responsibility
You remain solely responsible for your own trading, financial, legal, tax and business decisions. Where appropriate, you should obtain advice from qualified independent professionals before making decisions involving investments, third-party capital, regulated activities or legal obligations.
