Forex FMA sells digital educational products that provide access to online material and downloadable resources.

Digital access

Access to the 5-Day Fund Manager Protocol and associated digital resources is made available after successful payment.

All sales are final

Because digital access and downloadable educational content are made available after purchase, payments are final and non-refundable except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law.

Access problems

If you paid successfully but cannot access your account or materials, contact us and we will work to correct the access issue.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or that a billing error occurred, contact us so the transaction can be reviewed.

Mandatory consumer rights

This Policy does not remove consumer rights, cooling-off rights or refund rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
